Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42102017) dated (5/6/1442 AH), in which it is referred to the letter of His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Committee for Sale and Leasing on the map at the Ministry of Housing (Wafi) No. (8823) dated (19 / 5/1442 AH) regarding the approved forms for the requirements for issuing off-plan sales licenses for the sale, display or marketing of real estate projects implemented with the off-plan sale system.
